Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SignSense collects, why it is used, which service providers process it, and how company owners can export or request deletion of company data.
Effective August 11, 2026
Information collected
Account data includes names, work email addresses, authentication records, company membership, roles, and policy acceptance. Company data can include branding, material costs, pricing rules, customer contact and address information, estimates, orders, notes, invoices, payment status, and audit activity.
Technical data may include request timestamps, approximate network information, device/browser details, security events, and error logs. Full card numbers are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by SignSense.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate company workspaces, calculate estimates, deliver documents, create invoices, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, preserve audit history, and comply with legal obligations.
SignSense does not sell personal information or use company customer lists for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
SignSense relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting and runtime logs; Stripe for subscriptions, connected payment accounts, invoices, payments, and tax calculation; and the configured transactional-email provider for service emails.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Companies may also connect services that they separately control.
Retention and security
Data is retained while the company account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, dispute, billing, tax, backup, or legal purposes. Role checks, tenant-scoped database policies, audit records, encryption in transit, and managed infrastructure are used to reduce risk.
No system is perfectly secure. Report a suspected incident promptly to support@signsense.app.
Access, export, correction, and deletion
Company owners can export company data and start a deletion request from Account & data. Customer and estimate information can be corrected through the workspace. Requests may also be sent to support@signsense.app.
Deletion requests use a seven-day safety period. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, or law.
Children and international use
SignSense is a business service and is not directed to children. If you use the service outside the United States or enter information about people in another jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring an appropriate legal basis and required notices.
Policy changes
Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or account email. Continued use after an update means the company accepts the revised policy where permitted by law.
